"Support left me hanging"
I had an issue with my account and, i thought it would be a quick fix. But support took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was super short and didn’t actually solve anything. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, I don’t know, but it was frustrating.

The lessons were decent overall, but my experience really depended on who was teaching. Some instructors broke things down in a way that clicked for me, while others felt a little rushed, especially when giving feedback. For the price, I was hoping for more consistent guidance, so it didn’t quite feel worth it for me personally.

"I’m actually starting to feel better"
I don’t want to jinx it, but I really feel like I’m finally getting better. The progress isn’t huge all at once, it’s more like little things adding up each day... but it feels steady, and that’s been such a relief.

"Clear lessons, just wish it was updated more"
I’ve been going through the lessons mostly in the evenings after work, usually with a cup of tea next to me, and overall they’re clear and easy to follow. The material is useful and I’ve definitely picked up a few things, but I do wish it got updated a bit more often. Still, it’s been a good experience so far.

"Video feedback felt slow and a bit generic"
I was expecting the video feedback to feel a little more personal, but it took longer than I thought and, when it finally came through, it felt kind of generic. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but the whole point of video feedback is that it should feel more direct, right? It wasn’t terrible, just not quite the experience I was hoping for

"Helpful lessons, but the cost started to bother me"
I did get a lot out of the lessons, and they felt genuinely useful while I was taking them. But after a while, the subscription price started to feel a bit heavy for me. Even though the content is good, I found myself questioning whether I felt comfortable paying that much every month.

"Confusing cancellation and got charged anyway"
I signed up for artistworks just to try it out, and I was sure I cancelled before the renewal hit, but then the charge showed up anyway. Maybe I missed a step, I don’t know, but that’s kind of the point, the cancellation process didn’t feel clear at all, and it seemed really easy to think you were done when apparently you weren’t.
I reached out to support after that, and it was slow and not that helpful, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. The lessons themselves might be totally fine, I didn’t even get far enough to really judge that part, but the billing experience left me annoyed enough that I wouldn’t use it again
